Shipping Times
When will my Order be Shipped?

Your Order will be shipped AFTER you are fully verified. The ETAs can be found on every product page. Please note the ETA timeframe starts after Verification, not when your Order was placed. If there are any delays with the shipment of your product, it will be communicated to you with the relevant info on when you can expect it.

How long does it take to get my Order after I receive my Waybill?
Once Fulfilled, the actual Shipping Time varies on location:
Major Centres – 1-3 Days
Outlying Areas – 3-5 Days

There may be delays with Shipping Larger items, such as Appliances.

We unfortunately have no control over Shipping once the item leaves our Warehouse. However, let us know if the delivery was not up to standard or if it was delayed by the Couriers so we can take it up with them.

Collection
We do not have Collection points and we do not allow physical Collections from the Warehouse. All Orders are either delivered via 3rd party Couriers or by us in-house.

Shipping Rates
We do not charge for Shipping to anywhere in South Africa!

We also do not offer Express or Expedited Shipping.

International Shipping
Our Services are only available in South Africa at the moment. We do not ship overseas, nor do we operate outside of South Africa.

Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
